Greg Mindeman

In 1965 began his work in the financial market with The First National
Bank of Chicago in the U.S. Government Bond Operations area. After
spending two years in the U.S. Army (1966 - 1968), he returned to the
bank as a supervisor in the financial securities area. Greg handled and
cleared securities as a supervisor for six years. In 1974, Greg moved
to the trading floor as a customer service representative for
correspondent banks. Four years later, he began trading short term
U.S. Treasury Bills along with overnight funding and matched book. As
a Director of BancOne Capital Markets Inc., Greg was responsible for
the overnight funding position of three billion dollars daily. During
his 39 year career, Greg went through the mergers and integrations of
The First National Bank of Chicago and National Bank of Detroit, First
Chicago NBD and Bank One. Additionally, Greg was a licensed Series 7,
and a Series 63 representative. Greg retired after thirty-nine years
combined service in 2004.
