4R Management started in 1982, working with clients that required assistance in accounting, but were not large enough to have a full time accountant on staff.

Since that time, 4R Management has dealt with individuals and businesses regarding accounting, financial, and tax issues.  4R works with small to medium business clients with all of their accounting needs.  4R Management ensures that all tax requirements are met with complete accuracy and timeliness.  4R Management keeps their business clients abreast with the changes in the tax laws.  4R Management serves individual accounts on three levels, the first is tax preparation, the second deals with the accounting for domestic staffing, and the third is real estate investing collaboration. 

Real estate investing has played a minor role in the growth of the company.  In 2000, 4R Management decided that it was time real estate investing move to the mainstream of our business.   Since that time, 4R Management has created a niche that, assist real estate investors with funding and converting their projects.   Our expertise allows us to work with investors on all commercial, multi-residence, and residential rehab projects.   We now serve real estate investors nationwide with sound creative solutions securing funds and providing exit strategies.  4R Management’s success in real estate investing is driven by the success of our clients.
