INVESTING TIPS   Locating investment opportunities is probably the most difficult task a real estate investor faces. For new investors, the concept may seem overwhelming in the beginning. The key is to locate properties that the seller no longer wants, needs, or can handle. Try thinking some about the reasons why someone would be willing to sell their property for far below market value. Pending foreclosure is just one reason, but there are many others.
