    4R Management has improved our rehab programs.  We now support loans for rehab projects from $30,000 to $1,000,000.  That is correct, one million in now the top end of our rehab loans.  The terms and payment programs all remain the same. 

     

    With the increase in our loan amounts, it is very important that every rehab project has an exit strategy in place prior to starting the project.

    Real Estate Investing is very similar to investing in the market.  When investing in stocks you here the word 'diversification', a successful portfolio is diversified combining different types of stocks.  Your Real Estate portfolio should be diversified in its holdings.  If you only have residential properties, look into commercial properties.  If your strong suit is commercial, put some residential  into the mix.
