LATEST NEWS   4R Management has improved our rehab programs.  We now support loans for rehab projects from $30,000 to $1,000,000.  That is correct, one million in now the top end of our rehab loans.  The terms and payment programs all remain the same.    With the increase in our loan amounts, it is very important that every rehab project has an exit strategy in place prior to starting the project.
